Portable Fan Making Method

(1) Set a handheld handle of the fan head and the fan, and the handheld handle of the fan head and the fan should be connected and fixed with a fixed shaft, so that the fan head can rotate around the handheld handle, and the angle of rotation is between 0°-90°.

(2) The fan head of the portable fan is composed of three parts: fan head housing, motor and fan blade. A wind expansion window is installed in front of the fan head housing, and there are air expansion holes in the air expansion window, which can make the wind spread in a fan-shaped form, which is conducive to expanding the wind area and increasing the cooling effect. An air intake window with air intake holes is provided at the rear end of the fan head housing. Install the motor on the fan head housing façade and then install the fan blades.

(3) The handheld handle of the portable fan is composed of two parts: the handheld handle shell and the battery. Install the power extreme, switch and back cover on the handheld housing, and install the battery inside the handheld housing. The switch can control the magnitude of the current, so it can adapt to the needs of different people with different air volumes.

(4) The portable fan is composed of battery, motor, power supply pole and switch in the body through conductive metal wire plate to form a circuit of working current, which is controlled by the switch to turn on or off the power.
