Analyze the possible causes of insufficient heat exchange in the air cooler

1. Failed selection
In the case that there is no problem with the circulating water process and the heating steam process, the inlet pressure should be guaranteed at a specific level, and the condensate discharge temperature is high; The air pressure drops and the heat transfer will decrease. The selection is too small, the condensate discharge temperature is high, and the heat is wasted. And when the steam pressure is low, the heating capacity cannot be guaranteed, and the air cooler should be replaced or added in time.
2. Poor condensate discharge
If it is caused by a trap blockage, it can be solved in time by cleaning the trap. In addition, the design of the condensate pipeline is too small, which will also cause poor condensate discharge and cause difficulties in the adjustment of heat exchange. In this case, it is necessary to increase the size of the condensate pipe to solve the problem.
3. Insufficient gas volume
It is manifested in the fact that heat exchange is not guaranteed when the inlet pressure of the equipment is low. Check that the pressure reducing valve is in the right position. If the pressure in front of the pressure reducing valve is low and the pressure reducing valve cannot be activated, the pressure reducing valve bypass valve should be opened. If the pressure in front of the main steam valve is too low, the steam source should be checked, and the pressure is sufficient to ensure that the equipment has sufficient air supply.
4. The waterway is blocked
The blockage of the waterway causes the water circulation meteor of the equipment to decrease, and the heat transfer coefficient is reduced. Treatment: one is to backwash, and the other is to disassemble the inside of the steam radiator for cleaning. One of the reasons for the blockage of the waterway of the equipment is that the impurities of the new pipe network before installation are mostly caused by the lack of filtration before entering the water.
